Overview

Kanahiku (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an SEO and organic growth agency providing strategic consulting, content creation, technical optimization, and related services for local and growing businesses. Our offerings include Done-For-You SEO, 30-Day Growth Sprints, and tailored SEO strategies

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Scope of Services

We provide the services described on our website, proposals, and statements of work, which may include:

• SEO strategy development, content creation, technical site optimization, and analytics setup.
• Local search and reputation management.
• Growth roadmaps, reporting, and ongoing performance improvements

We may update or modify our service offerings at any time.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
• Grant necessary access to tools such as Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Implement our recommendations in a timely manner unless otherwise agreed.

Payment & Billing

Fees are set out in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments are due in full before the start of work for one-time engagements.
• Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

• All strategy documents, research, and deliverables we create remain our intellectual property until paid in full.
• After payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business.
• Our proprietary tools and technology (including Massic) remain exclusively owned by Kanahiku.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

Limitations of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality, data-driven work, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or results due to factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions, and implementation delays. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding a claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
